Woke up around 4:30 a.m. the a/c wasn’t working. Called AirRich at 7:45 a.m. and they were on vacation. There was an emergency number to call and since it was supposed to be in the high nineties we called them. Within 10 minutes a tech arrived and by 8:45 a.m. it was up and running again. Thanks for restoring our a/c!!!

11/10 would recommend these professionals to anyone. They have always been prompt, friendly, and treat you well. There has not been an instance where they did not explain exactly the issue and what they were doing in terms I could understand. I cannot say enough good things about them.
