After I got home from work a few days ago, I noticed that our outside unit was running constantly, even with the thermostat set to off. I called Comfort First (first!) since I had used them once before and recalled that they did a good job. Thats when unusual things started to happen. It was after closing time for them, so I fully expected to have to just leave a message and they would get back with me the following morning. Oddly, their dispatcher actually answered the phone and asked me about the problem. Michael went above and behind to help with our plumbing issue. He diagnosed it quickly and was able to fix it within a couple days. He also helped with something not originally in the scope of work. Overall he was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I was more than pleased with the service. Tony, the technician, was extremely professional and explained everything to me as he diagnosed the problem. He found a solution and the company ordered the part. They came back in 3 days and fixed the problem. Very professional and great customer service.Derik
