HAYNES Plumbing serves the residents of Western North Carolina with professionalism and superior customer service. They are on standby 24/7 for any plumbing emergency. Jessie and Tanya were Excellent, very courteous and professional, replacing a water heater in one hour. They took out cast iron pipe and replaced it with PVC, which works great, and also put in new plumbing for a bathroom remodel. The guys were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They changed a toilet super fast, and the staff was very friendly, with a pleasantly surprising cost. When there was no water, they were quick to pull and replace a well pump for a great price.
Great experience all around. Mailie was terrific with explaining the complete process of getting a water heater replaced. From warranty to cost and how long the work would take. She set up the appointment, Tyler was out at the appointed time and completed the work in a timely manner as well as kept me informed of the progress of the work. Very professional company and very competitive, actually better pricing than the other major plumbing company in Asheville. I would highly recommend Haynes plumbing.
Tyler & Zach did an excellent job with our water heater replacement. They even validated, prior to replacement, whether we actually even needed a new water heater.
Haynes was quick to fit us in even for our small repair. Tyler was great. Timely arrival, quick work and quality workmanship. They replaced a leaking CPVC elbow and supply line with a new PEX piping. Would call on them in an instant for any future plumbing needs. Great job, excellent service! A+ all around
