“These people are amazing! I had a little glitch with the online purchase, or at least I thought I did, so I called immediately after placing my order. They were already on their way to purchase the fresh fruit for the fruit basket that I ordered for my brother which he received with 30 minutes of me ordering. “Ordered early Mother’s Day flowers from this local shop instead of 1-800-flowers and will do that again in future years! I ordered on the website just 2 days in advance. They called because they didn’t have the exact same vase that was pictured on the website and I said no problem, her favorite color is purple so whatever works. So unbeknownst to me they added a purple ribbon to the vase which was a perfect touch. Beautiful arrangement and customer service! My mom also told us that the woman who delivered was so nice.

I do not understand all the negative reviews except the arrangement not being exactly like what is pictured on the website, almost down to the same amount of petals?? Every photo I've seen is just as beautiful as the online photo comparison. Very happy with my order!“
