“Etowah Florist saved the day!! After a friend/dance family member got hurt, some of our dancers from the youngest team, wanted to deliver him flowers to his hospital to brighten his room. I ordered from a florist in Asheville, since he went to Mission Hospital. The mom wrote me she and her son got discharged and I asked if Flowers got delivered to her before leaving, and she replied no. I called and called the florist and they explained they had to send the other to a florist closer to their home. The mother sent me a picture and it was absolutely not we ordered or payed for. Called the florist in Asheville and they said nothing could be done. 😡 Got in touch with Etowah Florist and explained everything and she saved the day and brought exactly what we ordered!! Thank you so much Brenda and her team. I appreciate yall so much!“

“Two stellar interactions with Ellington. Although the occasion was somber both Tabitha and Lexi offered exceptional customer care and service. Ms.Tabitha helped select a lovely “Grace” bouquet with custom rose color selection and then Ms. Lexi stepped in when the funeral was rescheduled under the most horrible circumstances to comfort and advise me how to proceed. Kudos to Ellington Florist:there was no charge for the undelivered initial bouquet and I was able to upgrade the second bouquet for the rescheduled service at a small additional cost.

“I can't say enough about the people who own and work for this florist. I have used them several times and each time service has been above and beyond. My mother died this past Valentine morning,I wanted to send her Sister my Aunt flowers to say we love you and are here to grieve with you.. The Blossom Jar had done several beautiful arrangements for me to her so I wanted to use them again. I knew being Valentine's Day they were probably covered up and to busy to do anything last minute .The lady I spoke with not only offered her condolence and made me feel like she cared, she immediately said of course we can help you. They made the most beautiful arrangement of red carnations, fern and baby breath and delivered it to my Aunt. My Aunt told me the person that delivered them said I am so sorry for your loss.I can't tell them how much they did to help a grieving family that day and how much I appreciate them.
