Above and beyond customer service!!!! I ordered flowers for a family member who is in the hospital from a bad accident. After 4 days, they hadn’t arrived so I left a message for them as it was late when I called. An hour later I got a text they hadn’t arrived arrived. They called me this morning and left a message that they couldn’t deliver because the family member was in the ICU and they don’t allow flowers. So, Grudgers called every day until he was transferred out. Who does that anymore? No one!!! Thank you so much for your persistence and the flowers were fresh and beautiful as described. I highly recommend them!!!
Called 2 times sent an email if you are open then why not answer the phone? I Ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day the wrong vase was given and they were left outside the house . I understand it's a busy but no one couldn't wait until my mom came to door. The delivery note clearly says she uses a walker and gave her some time? I'm so glad no one walked off with the flowers. It's my fault I shouldn't have Ordered last minute and had an expectation of available product, communication and a successful delivery.
Ordered early Mother’s Day flowers from this local shop instead of 1-800-flowers and will do that again in future years! I ordered on the website just 2 days in advance. They called because they didn’t have the exact same vase that was pictured on the website and I said no problem, her favorite color is purple so whatever works. So unbeknownst to me they added a purple ribbon to the vase which was a perfect touch. Beautiful arrangement and customer service! My mom also told us that the woman who delivered was so nice.
