We were planning my MIL’s funeral. It was an emotional time. When we spoke with Cynthia about the arrangement for the casket, her calm reassuring voice instantly brought assurance we had made the right decision of florist. She took our basic request of yellow roses (my MIL’s favorite) with splashes of lavender and pink and created a gorgeous arrangement, beyond anything we could have imagined. We learned later that other florists make only the side of the arrangement everyone sees pretty and the other side is just filled with greenery. Not Cynthia. I received a beautiful floral arrangement done by Cottage Florist on 1/30. The flowers were so very fresh, and the arrangement (minus removal of the roses when they faded) is still lovely - 4 weeks later!

Cynthia was absolutely wonderful to work with. Being from out of state, I searched florists in the area with good reviews. I completely understand why they have so many wonderful reviews. Cynthia put together a beautiful arrangement and sent photos via text message. I have ordered flowers from out of town/state on multiple occasions and never encountered this service before. I highly recommend this florist—great communication and beautiful bouquets!
