“They are always respectful & professional. It's small, easy check in. The waiting area & exam rooms are always CLEAN! And the wait is reasonable, like any GP'S office. Not extensive like most urgent care“

“I had an appointment today with Dr. Luting Eckensweiler because I was having some pain in my hip area. The receptionist was very helpful in getting me checked in. The nurse I saw first was so efficient and friendly. The moment Luting came in I felt relaxed and knew I was in the right place. She was so friendly. I could tell immediately that she had read my chart because she was able to retrieve all my info without asking me. After she diagnosed my problem. She said since you are visual learner (that was also in my chart) she drew a diagram so I could see what she was talking about with my hip) I was so pleased with my appointment….looking forward to getting back in shape!
