Dr. John Shepard was professional and very knowledgeable of the situation I was having with myright knee. I was in and out of the clinic in just a little over one hour. There was a very short wait time to get in. Everyone I came in contact with were very pleasant people from the front desk, nurses, and x-ray technicians. A very good experience — highly recommend Raleigh Orthopaedic Urgent Care.
I needed my bandages changed, water logged, and I got in very quickly. Pam had experience with hip surgery through her mother, but also removing the bandages, she cared, understood they needed to be changed, went further a replace the steri-strips, everything was soaking wet and could have caused an infection. She was fast, careful when removing and replacing. Appreciate the entire experience.
I was able to see Lindsay fairly soon after I arrived. She quickly diagnosed my issue. Made me feel a lot better about my prognosis. She gave me a good plan forward, and I'm very pleased with her work.
