Duke Urgent Care Green Level

They do their jobs, no one is unprofessional. You do get a few nurses/staff that are really helpful but some do the bare minimum. I typically don’t wait long to be seen by the nurse because I get there a few mins before they open. Waiting for the Doctor have been long.

Extremely long wait time in urgent care. I had an appointment but still over 2 hours. BTW, it’s was not super crowded just that they are probably understaffed operating with a PA and couple of nurses. Find a better place next time for a better care.

We did not even realize this urgent care was near to our house.. we went in the evening on Saturday evening around 5:30 pm..We did not wait much and was seen immediately.. the provide was very nice and polite.. and provided the correct treatment.. it took some time for the treatment but all was good at the end..The place is big when compared to other urgent cares I have seen.. the front desk people were also really nice and helpful..Before we got treatment i asked to to run my insurance to see they were in network and luckily they were..Overall we have a good experience…
