I went in shortly before they closed and they still saw me. The front desk staff were so kind and gracious, and the medical staff who saw me were warm, patient, helpful, and alleviated my concerns. I would definitely recommend this urgent care!

They do their jobs, no one is unprofessional. You do get a few nurses/staff that are really helpful but some do the bare minimum. I typically don’t wait long to be seen by the nurse because I get there a few mins before they open. Waiting for the Doctor have been long.

Extremely long wait time in urgent care. I had an appointment but still over 2 hours. BTW, it’s was not super crowded just that they are probably understaffed operating with a PA and couple of nurses. Find a better place next time for a better care.
