The facility was clean, the staff were all friendly and patient, I went in for a work physical and after check-in I wasn’t supposed to be seen until 1:30pm and I was brought back sooner (which I LOVED), my entire physical/ screenings took less time than expected. I highly recommend this facility, do not change a thing!
The branch I visited in FuQuay was phenomenal. Every staff member was knocking it out of the park. From the front employees to the back, everyone appeared happy and ready to help. I forgot a form I needed and they didn’t bat an eye at printing it for me. They told me there would be a delay due to an issue in the back and they were waiting for EMS, and I was fine with that, but the wait took no time at all. This branch puts the “Fast” in Fastmed.
