The process to set a time for visit works so much better than most. Having been pre registered on line got me seen faster than earlier arrivals who had not pre registered. The waiting room was not empty but the flow in/out of exam area seemed to be flowing smoothly. I was called back after a minimum of waiting. Vitals were collected efficiently. Minimal wait between vitals and provider’s appearance. No stopping at front desk on way out!
