The checking in was an additional hassle the receptionist was argumentative and rude insinuating I was not capable of paying a measly 60 co pay ! Demanding to see my Medicare card which should not be carried around in my wallet ! The service provider Brittany and the nurse were incredibly helpful and polite super caring about my need's , however the receptionist needs to take a wellness day and stop coughing all over patients and get an attitude adjustment asap. I would not have BCBS healthy choice MEDICARE if I did not have Medicare ! Get informed and do better !

Worst place ever 3rd time coming here in the last or more years, not helpful advice, and obviously does not know her job. When you have fluid in the ears, you're typically told to give your child Zyrtec or something to dry up the fluids. She recommended nothing for his terrible ear discomfort for the past two days. Just come back if it gets worse. Like hello ma'am he is not feeling well. He can't even focus throughout the day. Obviously the reason for the visit. Waste of time.

I have had to use this place multiple times for physicals and tb test due to the fact I'm a travel nurse and for some reason a lot of agencies use this place. They are beyond terrible! Over the last five years I've been billed for a regular physical after the fact the Agency paid for the visit. I've been misdiagnosed with a heart murmur, after the PA listened once to my chest in the wrong area( I'm a Nurse, I've worked cardiac) and they lost my urine results and only found them , because I kept the paperwork with all the numbers on it.
