“This was my initial visit with Cameron Nims. I have no other rolfer to compare him to. The experience alleviated tension in my neck temporarily and my voice deepened. It is my understanding it takes 8 or 10 sessions to accomplish the best results. I prefer Ayurvedic massage to correct me because it takes fewer visits and the results are more lasting. I feel Cameron could help me if I visited for numerous sessions, but I am passionate about Ayurveda and love hot oil massages with deep tissue manipulation.
