I was so impressed with my massage this past week! The ambiance in the room was perfect, Liz was very open and encouraged me to speak up if I felt uncomfortable, and she knew EXACTLY where she needed to focus. Her goal was clearly to improve the state of my body (vs. focusing on spa-like treatment and relaxation only). I can’t wait for my next massage!

Liz is by far the best therapist I've found in NC, and I've tried quite a few. I go in for deep tissue work to help with back pain and headaches, and I always feel much better the next day. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I won't go anywhere else.
