“Great service. Bang for my buck. Above and beyond. I recently purchased a home in Ahoskie home inspection said current HVAC was old but working. Our first night in the house we found out different. Through along hot struggling 2 weeks we took several estimates and finally came across Masters when looking for the replacement. I got exactly what I wanted in a business and a HVAC. John helped me make a great investment in to my new home. The install team did a great job installing and protecting that investment. They performed a duct work inspection as well as a dehumidifier service during the installation. At the end me and John walked the job where he explained all the warranties, free air filters for a year,and a few checks in the next few months to make sure all is good. Again I could not be happier. It so hard to but something you know nothing about but know you can't live with out they made it easy. Me, my house, my family,the new equipment and materials where treated with great respect by the team and John. 10 out of 10 I'll up date if anything changes“
