Great service. Bang for my buck. Above and beyond. I recently purchased a home in Ahoskie home inspection said current HVAC was old but working. Our first night in the house we found out different. Through along hot struggling 2 weeks we took several estimates and finally came across Masters when looking for the replacement. I got exactly what I wanted in a business and a HVAC. John helped me make a great investment in to my new home. The install team did a great job installing and protecting that investment. Mr. Master's is the BEST!
I Called John he said I'm going home that way I'll stop by and see what I can do. He was there in about 15 minutes. It took him about 15 minutes to find and with in 30 minutes had it fixed. My wife was happy so I was happy. https://youtu.be/0JfyfH67gBk

Went to my Mother’s house on a Saturday and realized her heat wasn’t working. Called Masters hoping they could send a technician out the same day to look at the HVAC system. John answered the phone and said he could be there between 9:30 and 10:00 and he showed up right on time. Unlucky for me, the heating unit needed a part which had to ordered. John ordered the parts and a couple of days later when the parts came in, John sent out a technician who again showed up on time and installed the parts in minutes.
