I took my dachshund Rosie to be groomed for her first time ever, they took such good care of her. Everyone was so nice as well. When I picked her up she smelled so good and even got her toes painted! 10/10 recommend!

Since moving to Windsor, NC I have not been able to get a beautician (6) to listen to me on what I wanted cut n my hair. Will n Tommy both did my hair and I am extremely pleased. They listened and did a great job. Salon is very nice and personnel are very welcoming. Have already booked another appt. Finally someone who knows what they are doing.

There were several things besides how good my carpets looked that really impressed me about them. For starters they came to my house to give me a price and were ready to clean my carpets if I agreed to it. Also if I had decided that price was too high they wouldn't have charged a dime. Second, the fact they took time to answer my questions and explain things to me. They told me certain spots would come back and why. The spots did come back but it wasnt until it was time for another cleaning. I will definitely be recommending them to others.
My experience with Sonya was WONDERFUL. From her knowledge and skill (and wisdom arising from a humble 38 years of experience), to her warmth and ease of communicating and connecting with me- all of this, aside from a lovely cut, glaze, and style, at minimum had been an enjoyment for me. John Masters and his team did a great job removing an old nonfunctioning system and replacing it with all new ducting in attic, a new HVAC system and additional drywall work. This was a huge investment to the home. You can see the detail in their work, as all lines are tacked up nicely, and when they left at the end of each day, they made sure to clean up, even though my house is in reconstruction mode. Customer service is top notch. It's difficult to find a company who communicates well, and stands by everything they say. I don't care if you get quotes for less (you probably wont), but its worth every penny to go with Masters.
Francisco and his team were very professional installing my whole house generator. It was a big job connecting multiple transfer switches for my 400 amp service to an almost commercial size water cooled generator. Fransisco did a great job with ensuring hookup quality control; as well as explaining generator operation and troubleshooting. They left the worksite completely clean upon completion. I highly recommend AAA Electric of NC for any generator installation.
They're always friendly, always courteous, and they do great, timely, work with our clothes.
