“I have been coming to Kuhn Dental for years. I LOVE this office! I have Never had a bad experience. They really care about their patients. They don’t make you wait like many offices do. They are very prompt on their appointment times. They keep you informed of what they are doing at all times. They will work with you on any financing, if you need it. They are very honest. I don’t believe they would ever do any work that isn’t necessary just to make extra money. This is a true family business. They truly treat you as they would want to be treated. I will ALWAYS recommend them, at least until they retire! Dr. Kuhn Sr should be proud of them. Do not be afraid to give them a try, even if you’ve had bad experiences at other dentists. And, that is something that happened to me. I will never go to any other dentist. And, no I don’t work for them, just my honest opinions.“

“My wife and I and our 4 children enjoy Dr Joe and his staff. I was having a broken filling fixed the other day and he had me laughing throughout the appointment. Very clean office. Staff are super friendly. Everyone I recommend Dr Joe to has thanked me later. Dr Joe is an actual physician. I was told I needed all of my crowns replaced by another dentist who was a scam artist. Dr Joe told me that my crowns looked ok to him. That was 10 years ago and my crowns are still fine. He makes the crowns right there in his office and could have easily told me to replace them. He is honest and highly skilled.“

I am very impressed so far. I am new, so I cannot say a lot. But, the hygienist was awesome too. I have always been one to be set in with same dentist, same hygienist, and to know faces when I enter and checkout. Everyone went above and beyond to make it a very welcoming change. “My children have been going to Dental Derby since we moved here. The care is phenomenal. Caring, competent, and compassionate. Dr. Cangas is a veteran that understands the unique situation our community faces. It is obvious he takes pride in his profession. My son knocked his tooth out on a Friday night. Dr. Cangas came in at nearly midnight on a Friday night to take care of my son. The only thing he said was "Come to the office I will be there in 15 minutes." He did it with a smile and took care of my son during a very traumatic experience. Even called the next day to make sure he was doing well. It is humbling to know that there are people like this that are willing to take such good care of my family. My highest recommendation.“
“The dentist and all workers are so so nice, polite, and care if there is something wrong or anything like that; they listen to you and be careful. Yes, you might have to wait a while because they are pretty packed at times and have other teeth to clean... so you can not complain if it takes a while. They also have a TV in the waiting room with kid friendly shows so for the wait you can watch and in every individual room there is also a tv with kid friendly shows so no matter how long you wait you have something to do. And for the people saying they can't go back with there child I have went to this dentist my whole life you can go back with your child until they are around 6 years old.“

“I just had the most wonderful experience at Dogwood Dental in Albemarle! Everyone, and I mean absolutely everyone in the office was welcoming, friendly, professional, and caring.
