“I have to tell you my short story (hang with me) - Here I am eating a creamy peanut butter sandwich that my daughter made for me and bit down on broken tooth. Yes - Peanut butter, creamy at that. It was uncomfortable and happened on a Sunday. I called my dentist Lane Associates and not only did I get a run around with NO emergency help I was flat footed with nowhere to go. I went ahead and waited until "Monday" to go into Lane and Associates very uncomfortable - 2hr visit, $60 out-of-pocket and they didn't fix the issue.....Lets back up one Day. My Mother (Janet), has attended Dr. Massey for years and years and years, when I told her on Sunday that I broke my tooth, she said - "Call Dr. Massey", All telling I was a patient of Dr. Massey a couple years back, but moved thinking she was too far from me. I went ahead and called her on Sunday and wrote down the Emergency number provided on her voice mail. I called the number and surprisingly Doctor Massey pickup the phone. I was flooooooored! I explained to her what happened and she said she was out with her family and would work me in when she returned on Tuesday.... Fast forward (are you following me/) - I went to my Emergency Dentist appt and was treated extremely well with an well educated and thorough review of my situation. Why do I use the word "educated", well you can see Dr. Massey think through all options and pick the very best solution for me as the patient, not for her as the Dentist collect my insurance. My mind was set at ease. I am very impressed. When I checked out at the front desk - I requested the process for transferring my two kids and wife to her establishments. I filled out the paperwork and moved the loves of my life on the spot! My family is the MOST important investment. I'm thrilled that that Dr. Massey welcomed us with open arms. I guess my mom was right --- shhhhhh don't tell her that!!!“
