I had a crown put on. Everyone was nice, but when they talk to you it would help if they walked around the chair to speak to you. The crown is fine. My old dentist would call the next day to see how everything was, it would be a nice for O2 to start doing.
I have left 3 messages within the last 2 weeks to get scheduled for an appointment and haven’t received any calls back. I am highly disappointed, this is to get myself and my children scheduled for cleanings. I used to receive good customer service, obviously some things have changed!!
Dr Edward C Monroe has been giving me quality dental care and work for over 15 yrs. He and his staff clearly explain any procedure needed . It is their aim for me to be satisfied after every appointment. When my daughter was going up, she was literally happy to know she would be going to the dentist that day. That is unheard of, I know!
