Tanya and everyone at Innovative have been fantastic to deal with over the years. They have installed 4 heat pumps at our rental building in 2021 and since then have sent us annual cleaning reminders, which are greatly appreciated, and patiently accommodate our tenants’ schedules to have the cleanings completed every year. If your thinking about getting heat pumps look no further, you won’t find a better product or service than Innovative.

I have had David do my hair since I was very young. One of the few local people that can properly, carefully, and safely relax hair. His home office setup is small and quaint while still offering all of the amenities a regular salon would. He is incredibly friendly and funny and his prices are very fair.

Hello everyone. Before this visit to Misfit, my wife used to cut my hair. She’s away for a while at the moment, and I needed to get my hair sorted. I was getting a bit stressed looking for a barbershop, and as it was a Saturday, many were closed. When I stepped inside Misfit, I felt at ease as soon as the lads welcomed me. We sorted everything out. It wasn’t Rebecca who cut my hair, but her colleague. I found it hard to remember his name. Sorry. But he did an excellent job. I came with my little daughter, and they had a small play area. She didn’t get bored waiting for me. I felt calm and happy there because I was in a professional, kind and friendly atmosphere. The price was fair. My hair was cut and styled very neatly. He made a few suggestions and tweaked the style a little, and it was brilliant. I recommend Misfit. I give them ten out of ten.

I have been here before, and had very good experiences, including today. I asked the lady if she could go a little further than my usual #2 brush cut. She graciously agreed to do so, Can't thank her enough for her efforts. I don't hear very well, so there was none of the usual chitchat. It didn't seem to bother her. She did the task in a careful, businesslike way. I'm sure it was a challenge for her ability and equipment. I had Samia today, and there were others in the past that were just as good. Thank you.
Chrissy is amazing at doing my hair. The colour is perfect and the first hair dresser that can actually get my head of curly hair straight and last for days. Been going to her for at least 6 years now and I only trust her with my hair. I highly recommend her❤️

The installation was superb! Not only did they do a great job laying the rug into multiple areas seamlessly, there was absolutely no damage to my newly painted walls at all. Even my painter was blown away as he came back expecting her would need to do touch ups. Said it was his first experience with an installer not causing some damage.

It was my first massage ever.i went in for a pulled muscle and met with justin. Although he could not eliminate the pain in my side he did relieve a lot of tension in my shoulders and lower back and gave me some very helpful information on helping rectify the problem. He was very professional and great for carring on a conversation. I would like to add following Justins advice I can now stand without excruciating pain after just 3 days. Thank you.
