“We had an enjoyable journey getting to Wee Bitty Builders. We spent a couple of years looking at options to down size. Cutting to the chase - Wee Bitty Builders won the gold at the Tiny Home Olympics. We had dreams, and physical needs. We had ideas that needed custom attention. We had been working with architects, builders and designers. Once we decided, after carefully looking at a whole bunch of options, we started down the Tiny Home build with confidence. My father was the General Contractor on two homes, so I understood build logistics. My background is Mechanical Engineering, so I understood water plumbing, gas plumbing, electrical wiring. We requested top of the line products, best quality everywhere; there were no disappointments. For example, I spend so much time in the kitchen that I wanted the dream kitchen in our project. We chose Benjamin Moore paints based on our decades of experience with all the brands, and of course, that was Wee Bitty Builders go to brand. They know quality and they are custom builders. It is easy to write a glowing review just after a very positive event. Two years later, I want to reflect on where we are today with our satisfaction of the home. We are not getting any younger; exercise and retirement is our next focus. Because the home was designed to satisfy the basic living needs, there was no room for any exercise equipment. Our designer said that any exercise equipment in the home would contaminate the living experience which created the need for a second, and a little smaller Tiny Home to be dedicated as a gym. After speaking with Leo, the plan was put into action, and the second Arcadia was delivered in a matter of weeks. All of the workmanship was above average on our first Arcadia, and was also above average on the second Arcadia. The level of comfort I had during both builds was unbelievably calm. We were again 100% pleased with the second delivery, and now going on year two, I wanted to reflect how well our dwellings are holding up in the rugged climate that only the Les Suete Winds and winters of Cape Breton can deliver. Truly a testament of the quality, workmanship, and experience of what works were the ingredients of our builds. We have no disappointments: the construction, the quality, and the performance of all the utilities. The plumbing, the HVAC system, the electrical, the lighting and on and on, plus the gorgeous windows, and doors. All 100% solid.
