I wish I could give a higher rating! I bought a 100 year old house late last year and very quickly realized there was an existing mouse problem. The issues were caused by a bunch of entry points around the house allowing access for them to come in. I had originally called another company to control the issue until the spring when I am able to do the exterior renovations to permanently solve the problem. Over the span of three months the problem got significantly worse and as nice and friendly as the other company was they were not catching any mice or even stopping them from entering the house. Have dealt with both Joe and Rick and have been extremely pleased with my experience with ABC. They are professional, thorough, clearly explain the rationale for their recommendations and provide peace of mind. I would highly recommend them. While I'd rather not be calling a pest service at all, if you have to, this is the place.

Rick has been a great help! I called him over for a service call, he was available right away and took care of all the things that needed taken care of in a very professional manner. I received amazing reviews from my tenant after his first service where she said she feels this person knows what he is doing and can totally take care of the situation. I called him twice again after that, for which he came to visit the house for no charge at all, and installed additional traps to ensure further problems do not occur.
