Luke did an excellent job at our house today. He informed me before he left, arrived on schedule, removed his shoes at the door without asking, and candidly and face-to-face described everything to me. He put in a lot of work and left the house the way he found it, but he did discover some problems with our air duct and inform us so that we may take some time to fix them. His communication was excellent and he kept me informed of the progress of the part to be ordered. The appointment for the repair and installation was on time and finished precisely as promised.
