The staff, including Shelley, is helpful and friendly, with quick response times. The company offers great customer service, including heating system installation and maintenance.
What a pleasure it was to deal with polite, honest and efficient professionals. Carter and Moe were fantastic! I have a whole new opinion of Innovative and, trust me, they’re a new and improved business than what I experienced several years ago. I will not hesitate to call on them in the future. Carter Donald and the rest of the team were very knowledgeable when it came to selecting the right AC unit for my home. They were also very respectful when it came to being in my home, leaving the areas the same as they found them, inspite of having to tear out and replace the system.
Very efficient and quick service. Heat pump service of a brand Innovative does not sell, very knowledgeable staff providing fast and professional service. Technician Moe gets 5 stars.
