The unit had a faulty service valve. They ordered a new valve, but after installation, the unit was *still* faulty, with a bad EEV control board. Liz felt terrible about our user experience, and arm wrestled Bryant to furnish an entirely new unit, which just got installed on the 22nd, and has functioned perfectly. We found Liz to be dedicated to fabulous customer service and excellent user experience. I recommend DesignAir highly and without reservation. They will absolutely take care of you.“
