“Kaila gave hands down the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been dealing with left shoulder pain and stubborn knots for a long time, and despite chiropractic work and rehab, things hadn’t really improved.

I’m not suggesting this replaces proper medical care, but in my case I wasn’t seeing progress. After just one session with her (and I should’ve booked 90 minutes), my range of motion improved dramatically and the tightness finally started to shift.

“This review is LONG overdue, but still just as sincere. Let’s me just start by putting it out there—she is a downright fantastic massage therapist. FOR REAL. I am a tough nut to crack muscle-wise…and over the years, friends and family, reviews, social media and NextDoor, etc have recommended many a massage therapist (deep tissue and medical massages primarily as a swedish massage feels like a tickle—ugh) with the assurance that their person is actually what I am looking for—a deep tissue massage that is tailored to my specific unhappy muscles—and I have been disappointed time after time…not only with the massage I received but that I have thrown so much money at finding someone with no relief to show for it. That was, at least, until I found Sara. She *actually* gives the pressure I ask for, and she is super knowledgeable—and she is a genuinely nice human as well! “This is an update to my original review. I returned to see Toni Wahl for a Manual Lymph Drainage session, as this is a new service being offered at Restful Touch. I was blown away at the benefits I experienced after receiving the treatment. I feel better than I have in years, and my chronic pain is gone. I have been a bodyworker for 35 years and my chronic pain is gone. GONE. I have also noticed improved digestion, better sleep, and my body odor has decreased greatly. I also notice a decreased appearance of cellulite on my legs. I cannot recommend this treatment enough. I will continue to receive these lymph drainage sessions to reap the full bemefits. Give it a try, you will not regret it!

“First time getting BBL and it was worth the wait. The process is a little uncomfortable but not bad. Allie is so good at keeping the conversation rolling and taking your mind off the laser zap. I was able to run errands the rest of the day and no one would even know I had anything done. A little redness and some dark patches started to arise as the day went on but still able to be in public and not look like I had my face burned off. Will be going back for treatments with Allie at crafted for sure.“
