I am missing Wellness Worx extra!! I’ve been traveling these past months and have gotten a few massages across different countries, but none of them have even come close to the massages I have received at Wellness Worx. Kaila gave hands down the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been dealing with left shoulder pain and stubborn knots for a long time, and despite chiropractic work and rehab, things hadn’t really improved.
I’m not suggesting this replaces proper medical care, but in my case I wasn’t seeing progress. After just one session with her (and I should’ve booked 90 minutes), my range of motion improved dramatically and the tightness finally started to shift.

Just had one of the best massages I've ever had from Christina. Do yourself a favor and book with her! Kind, professional and had me melting and asleep within minutes. Perfect pressure, targeted the problem areas I requested without compromising other areas, and her technique is sublime. I'll be back every time I'm in town!
