Kaila gave hands down the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been dealing with left shoulder pain and stubborn knots for a long time, and despite chiropractic work and rehab, things hadn’t really improved.
I’m not suggesting this replaces proper medical care, but in my case I wasn’t seeing progress. After just one session with her (and I should’ve booked 90 minutes), my range of motion improved dramatically and the tightness finally started to shift.
