I suffered a pinched nerve in my right shoulder that crippled me in pain. I was able to get into Enso and Shelby worked it right out. I spent one day more or less with an immobilized arm to being able to mountain bike 2 days later. The space is awesome and Customer service even better. Thank you Shelby and Katie for fixing this broken old man :)

Reviews
Katie is one of the most thoughtful and skilled practitioners in the business...her entire heart is present in everything she does. I strongly recommend anyone with the opportunity to visit her practice!
I booked a deep tissue massage with Mandy. I must say, I was very impressed. I have a torn rotator cuff that is always in pain and this is the first time I felt relief. She is very knowledgeable about anatomy and sports medicine. Best massage I’ve had yet!
