Sarah Elena's massage lifted my spirits and made my body feel better during an ongoing difficulty members of my family are facing. Usually I am silent during a massage. It was very easy to talk to Sarah Elena, and that's what I needed also.
Sarah has calming energy, a welcoming personality, and is skilled not only in massage techniques, but also in listening to understand what my body needs. From the minute I walk into her studio, I feel at ease and know that my healing has already begun. She's SO good!
Sarah is one of the greatest massage therapists I have gone to. She takes the time before each session to understand how you're feeling and where you might need extra work. She is very understanding of past injuries and current needs. Very easy to talk to and has a great space setup for your massage. I highly recommend seeing her for deep tissue massage!
