It is truly warm and welcoming practice and Debbie Otis is who I see for neck / shoulder pain as well as nervous system reset, hormone, liver detoxification and MCAS. She did an excellent job holding space for me and working out stress and showing me stretches to do between massage sessions. Will definitely be going back!
