“Our home warranty scheduled them to take care of our hot water heater. We suddenly had lukewarm water instead of our normal hot. They came out the next day. They were on time and prompt. I immediately knew I could trust these guys with our home and was able to go back to work before they were done.I got a call after they were done with the diagnosis and stating that they did the next step needed to ensure if the issue they thought we had would cause for a new hot water heater. Sure enough the next day it went back lukewarm, which they assumed would happen. They got with our home warranty team and we had a new hot water heater the next day.I want to say the main tech's name was Jake.. I can't recall now that it's been almost 2 weeks but he was outstanding. Personable, respectful, and clear- before he left for the last time he handed me an invitation for an upcoming easter egg hunt.. which I can only assume based off our kid-friendly home he knew we were just the family to invite.Thank you,“
