The man that works here was super unprofessional he rushed me and mumbled things like “oh my god” when I wasn’t able to urinate due to him standing close enough to hold my hand. He was also rude the entire time I was there. Worst testing experience I’ve ever had.

Advise Senior Citizens Drivers to avoid this Place.Your Health will be in Danger.You will be sitting in waiting room sharing the place with Persons who came to TEST for Covid-19. The Same person who conduct Swab of a person who is here to test for Covid ,Will go in and Conduct Medical 3xam.. Audiology Test under the watch of A Nurse Practioner.I was one of their Victims." They" found no Physical or mental cause to delay and prevent issuing my Medical Certificate. Rather they order me to See an optometrist and audiologist to satisfy.DOT Requirements.Same day I visited a Random Optomitrest and Checked my vision and got new Prescription Glasses.I asked for my medical record...read full review
