Sorry make it closer to 3 hours. Many patients left after waiting over 2 hours.
Dr. Smitherman gets 5 stars,,facility and staff 2 stars, When I call I rarely get anyone but a hang up after 2 or 3 rings!! Leave message when you do get someone and get no reply. Not a happy customer/patient
