“Kenny was quick to respond and was very knowledgeable. System had ran out freon due to a leak. Evan and Ben performed the repair and were very professional and patient, answering all my questions. After the leak was resolved another issue became apparent. Kenny and his team was able to pinpoint the issue without shotgunning parts. I really appreciated the time they took to do the job right. They were very accommodating by squeezing me in the next day to make sure the job got done. I was also presented with several options without any pressure on which route to go.
