Jenner and Sons provided prompt service with reasonable prices and professional interaction. The communication was excellent from start to finish. They responded quickly, with one call at 10AM leading to a diagnosed and fixed problem by 11AM, and another call at 10pm resulting in service by 2pm the next day. Technicians like Chris and Sammy were kind, professional, and efficient, getting AC units up and running in no time. The company is locally owned without being overpriced, and they showed up when they said and finished ahead of schedule. Great use of technology for scheduling and otherwise. Customers were beyond appreciative and highly recommend Jenner and Sons for HVAC issues and maintenance, noting it’s rare to find a company that responds this quickly and treats customers so well.

They were quick to respond, professional and knowledgeable.
Overall the HVAC repair was acceptable! However, even though I mentioned the refrigerant maybe leaking, no check was done because the tech had come back a second time to fill the HVAC unit with refrigerant so the system would start cooling!!
