I gave them 5 stars only because i couldn't give them more. I had a problem and different company came and quoted me an outrageous sum of money for a replacement of my whole system. I was recommended Cooler Solutions and gave them a call. Their technician Doug came out and while he was evaluating my system, he showed me everything that was wrong with it and explained it in great detail so that I knew he wasn't lying to me. they worked with me to get a new system replaced. They were always quick with a replay and were incredibly courteous. When they came to install the new system, they worked fast and were done quicker than i expected. I was super skeptical at first due to how easy it was to get the in house financing. 1 week later (today) we have a brand new working AC! The guys that came out were great! super nice and informative. Thank you so much cooler solutions !!
