Professional, fast and honest! Called Horton Heating and Air in a bind needing air fixed before my grandbaby came home from the hospital and they were there and had it up and running before my daughter made it home with the baby! Best around!
They were very helpful when our air went out during the over 100 degree heat index. Always answered the phone or returned my call promptly. Very polite and the price was great considering it was a weekend job. He had the parts manager to open on Saturday morning just to get the fan motor for my unit. He could have done like the other guy (Sears) and said my unit was too old to fix but “ I can sell you a new one”. I highly recommend Horton Heating \u0026 Air.
AC repair Horton Heating & Air. Horton came out to look at my AC for Choice home Warranty. The compressor was shot. Now the bad news. Choice home Warranty refused to pay my claim. They made up a bogus excuse and there is nothing I can do except tell you they are a ripoff company. (Choice NOT Horton) Horton agreed to install a new compressor and ONLY charge for labor. Parts were billed at his actual cost. This guy is GREAT. Trustworthy and fairly priced. I highly recommend. Horton Heating & Air (601) 720-4264
