Kenny was quick to respond and was very knowledgeable. System had ran out freon due to a leak. Evan and Ben performed the repair and were very professional and patient, answering all my questions. After the leak was resolved another issue became apparent. Kenny and his team was able to pinpoint the issue without shotgunning parts. I really appreciated the time they took to do the job right. They were very accommodating by squeezing me in the next day to make sure the job got done. I was also presented with several options without any pressure on which route to go. The staff at Wards are very professional and honest, from the after hours phone call appointment to the service by the technician doing the repair himself: it was a much better experience than I have ever gotten from any other local AC companies. Getting the appointment was quick and the technician arrived during the time was scheduled. He was knowledgeable and explained things easy for me to understand, kind, patient, and through. He was upfront about the problems and costs. He was willing to meet me in the middle and didn’t push any extra services I didn’t need. I am so impressed by this company they were fast to respond, professional, courteous, honest, very reasonable and knowledgeable. I will be putting their business card on our HOA website….I might buy my own sign and put it in my yard
