“I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to this time. I called Roto rooter becuz my mother’s house waz having emergency plumbing problems. I have never had to call a plumber before so I was nervous and stressed bc of our situation. Ashley the receptionist who answered immediately put me at ease!!! She was so incredibly kind, bubbly and patient and knowledgeable about everything I asked! She took the time to explain everything in a way my mom and I could easily understand, answered all of our questions and kept us updated throughout the process. What really stood out was that Ashley asked detailed questions to make sure we were getting the all of the right help. As we spoke she actually helped me realize we might have water damage that I hadn’t even considered!! If she hadn’t taken the time to ask those questions I never would have thought to check! Sure enough we did have water where it shouldn’t have been. Ashley immediately sent Mr James out and he arrived quickly. He was friendly, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He helped us understand the next steps, including the insurance process, which was a huge relief during such a stressful situation. Brent did a great job with the plumbing repair as well! The whole team worked so well!! You could tell Ashley and Brent communicated very good becuz everything Ashley told us matched exactly how the service went. My mom is very happy with the work and I’m relieved her plumbing problems are fixed. Customer service like this is hard to find these days.
