Specialty will be my first call from now on. They have handled my HVAC and plumbing issues promptly, professionally, and with friendliness. My hot water went out. Good thing was it's been hot enough that I didn't mind a few cold showers. I'm embarrassed to say, I tried another service before them and was left feeling like he wasn't sure about the job. When I called Specialty back, they were like no problem and we will have someone right out. I'm grateful that I did. This group is THE BEST! Thank you Chase, Brad, and I apologize but I don't remember the other young man’s name. Specialty is second to none.

Matt and his team were kind, knowledgeable, and quick to identify and correct our issue. They truly went above and beyond for us, and we cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend!
My heat went out on the coldest day in the year(please read until the end). They treated me like family. I contact Gabby and he forwarded me to Logan to help with my heating(same day fyi). Logan was there quickly and had the problem resolved and heat back working. Not only were they professional, but the next day i was contacted to check and make sure me and my family were warm and taken care of. That's class act service. I will recommend them to anyone. This shows true professionalism and how a company should be run. Thanks Gabby and Logan!
