I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to this time. I called Roto rooter becuz my mother’s house waz having emergency plumbing problems. I have never had to call a plumber before so I was nervous and stressed bc of our situation. Ashley the receptionist who answered immediately put me at ease!!! She was so incredibly kind, bubbly and patient and knowledgeable about everything I asked! She took the time to explain everything in a way my mom and I could easily understand, answered all of our questions and kept us updated throughout the process. These guys were quick and efficient! They showed up in the middle of the night, started cleanup and drying. Water heater replaced in just a few days! They were incredibly kind and helpful, especially to a person who was in panic mode and could not figure out how to turn the water off!
We were more than pleased with the service from CJ Rivera we had a water leak which they repaired & proceeded to apply air & a dehumidifier to the wet area to assure no mold or further damage!
Could not have been more pleased with workmanship & professional approach. Bravo!!!
