This is our second time to use Ford Plumbing and I have been impressed both times with their expertise and the patience taken in explaining what they found and how they would repair to me who knows very little about plumbing. Peter was the lead on the job and he was especially courteous, thinking to take his muddy boots off before even stepping on my driveway! I’ve had other plumbers step into my home with muddy shoes! Peter also kept me posted through the job letting me know when the water would be turned off and turned back on!
