Kaymen was exceptional. He came out, immediately identified the issue, worked hard to fix it, and gave me a wealth of information on my unit, maintenance, and even gave me a discount. I would recommend him for any HVAC repair and will be specifically requesting him in the future.
This was the second time Environment Masters came out to do an evaluation. The service techs are friendly and helpful and don’t force you into paying for expensive services. I highly recommend this company.
The technician did a wonderful job and answered all my questions. Hopefully in six months, when it’s time for the unit to be serviced again, he can be the one to do the work. He deserves a raise!!
