I called Rick's at 5 pm on Sunday, Labor Day weekend. He was at my home about 7 pm, and apologized for being late. He had been working on another job.It was 80 degrees in my home. He was at my home within 2 hours on a holiday weekend....not late in my book!He determined it was a clogged drain. Fixed it all up. Everything is working.I asked him what I owed him. He said nothing! Mr Buddy is an exceptional plumber and very personable! He rerouted existing bathroom plumbing lines and installed new waste lines on a home renovation project. I called redstone because my mothers house had a bad leak and was causing severe damage. I told them it was an emergency and they got out there the same day. Material was delivered next morning and their repair specialist showed up and got it done. It’s been months and no more leaks. They also replaced the damaged dry wall inside the house.
