I called Rick's at 5 pm on Sunday, Labor Day weekend. He was at my home about 7 pm, and apologized for being late. He had been working on another job.It was 80 degrees in my home. He was at my home within 2 hours on a holiday weekend....not late in my book!He determined it was a clogged drain. Fixed it all up. Everything is working.I asked him what I owed him. He said nothing! I insisted on paying him having him come out late on a holiday.When he was leaving, he said if I had any further problems, to call him and he would come right out.Very professional and kind.I highly recommend, and will definitely call him in the future.Thank you so much Rick!Service: A/C system...read full review
I highly recommend Rick's A/C & Refrigeration. I had some wiring issues going with my thermostat that the previous owner installed incorrectly and were not getting power. The technicians thoroughly diagnosed the problem and installed new wire and installed new contactor because mine was getting ready to go out. My air came on for the 1st time in 4 weeks!! They even asked to stay a little longer to make sure my unit would stay on because I had a previous problem with it shutting off intermittently before the thermostat wiring issue.
