Kickin' AC put in my unit in a few years ago they are very professional and reasonable. My AC was not working the day after hurricane Ida I called expecting them to be closed but was lucky they were opened and came out within 2 hours had me working in no time!! Called Kickin A/C Inc. at 10am and left a message this morning because the upstairs A/C wasn't cooling fast enough and I noticed ice formation on the inside coils. Kickin A/C showed up 3 hrs after my call and fixed it. While here they also serviced the downstairs unit. Turns out the upstairs unit was low on freon and had a bad capacitor, a bad drain cap and the drain was partially clogged. The AC service person told me to pour 1 cup of regular white distilled vinegar down each drain plug with the monthly ac filters change to keep the drains clean. I was informed the downstairs unit had adequate freon and that the coils were clean. Kickin AC is reliable, super honest,...read full review
