We are extremely pleased with Eric Spencer, owner of Spencer Roofing. He worked with us for months before our insurance company finally authorized payment for a new roof due to hail damage. Whenever we called Mr Spencer with an issue while waiting for authorization he would run out to take care of what we needed. Always pleasant and always a smile and very professional. GREAT help!! It’s hard to find these days, but Eric was a lifesaver. He replaced some rotting wood and roof surface and also rerouted an exhaust vent. Showed up ON TIME for three visits at two different locations and was patient and professional.
