Tons of equipment- free weights and machines for Circuit training.They have a separate workout room for ladies if they don’t want to workout in the main area. And offer classes like spinning and yoga Large pool for laps and classes.It’s an older facility, so it’s got a little wear and tear. I’m sure there are gyms with newer equipment and such but I think a good gym is the overall package - people, facilities, equipment, etc. Some of the treadmills and elliptical type equipment have seen their better days - but usually can find one that all the bells and whistles (like heart rate monitor) is working.Overall, I would rate it as a five for the people and customer service and a four for the equipment, etc.I would recommend you check out Coast Family Fitness if thinking about a gym.“
