The facilities and atmosphere are calming and welcoming, Ginny met me when I walked in made me feel so welcome and at home. I came in after my first marathon with a ton of soreness and built up lactic acid in my system. Celia tailored my massage to the needs of a recovering runner relieving so much muscle tension and greatly boosting my recovery process. Celia was professional and exceedingly nice, we yapped for the entire time I was on the table. Leaving I felt fantastic with a much larger freedom of motion and less tension in my body.
