Emma straightened it out but told me told me I was on borrowed time as there was damage near the arm of the frame. I was hoping to wait for new frames after my eye doctor appointment in three months. The next day the left arm fell off. I went back to Clarkson Eyecare and Emma in a couple minutes had them fixed replacing both arms of the glasses. She said I didn’t owe anything! So happy. The young lady that escorts me to the exam room was very friendly and polite instructing me on every upcoming exam and what results to expect and how it would help the optometrist, then after,the optometrist enters and informs me of every upcoming event then informs me of the expected results also of upcoming tests that needed to be performed giving me the results of each of the three tests performed. “The Wildwood doctor, A. Keller, is very knowledgeable about the eyes. With God's help she initially knew the steps to take in restoring my lost eyesight due to glaucoma . I visited the office again after a Specialist inserted a stunt in my eyes and I experienced what appeared to be abnormal symptoms . She again was instrumental in taking steps to address the issue. The staff at Wildwood are also a gem. They are customer focus, knowledgeable and professional. They insure your eyecare needs are met. “They were so helpful! Hannah at the the reception desk found my insurance for me as it was the new year and my cards hadn’t come in yet. My contacts fit and my prescription is spot on. I have a super astigmatism in both eyes which normally makes it difficult to find contacts, but they had them right away. I was in and out in about 30 min. I found my place where I can get all my services. This location is the best one!“
